Returns, Exchanges and refunds
Once you’ve filled out the Return/exchange form on our website and have sent the unwanted item back to us, your new item will be sent out. This process typically takes between 10-14 business days. Trainstation does not have any refund policy. However, you have the possibility to exchange the product within two weeks following your purchase. You can also exchange against a voucher valid for 1month.

Warranty claim form
Have a problem with your item related to its manufacturing? We’ll be pleased to provide a replacement within the warranty period. A claim can only be made for purchases from On directly or from authorized retailers and requires proof of purchase.
